Description

This is an intent to award a Sole Source Contract Name Brand Only Para-Flite Incorporated, Pennsauken, NJ for 85 MC-5 Military Conventible Static Line/Free Fall Parachute Systems in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Para-Flite Incorporated has the manufacturing rights to the MC-5 Military Parachute System. The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
