Description

1.The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting for design services for the Palisades Lagoon project. 2. Project includes the redesign of an existing lagoon system, which includes a lagoon of approx. 22,500 sq.ft., access road, and security gate. 3. Services to include survey, design calculations, construction drawings, specifications, cost estimate, and construction inspection. 4. Contract time: 60 days. 5. Price range: between $25,000 and $100,000. 6. Interested parties should submit SF-254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire, and SF-255, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project by close of business, January 12, 2001. 7. Firms responding to this announcement by the closing date and time will be considered for selection. Following evaluation of qualifications and perfomance data submitted, three or more highly qualified firms will be chosen for negotiation. Selection of firms for negotiation shall be through an order of preference based on competence and qualifications necessary for this project and shall include: A)professtional capabilities B)specialized experience and technical competence C)capacity to accomplish the work in the required time D)past performance E)geographical proximity to and familiarity with project locality. 8. To be considered submit complete SF-254 and SF-255 forms by close of business, January 12, 2001.
