Description

The Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Official Airline Guide Worldwide, Oak Brook, IL pursuant to 41 USC 253(c)(1): Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for a subscription renewal to the Official Airline Guide -- LAN & Intranet Versions. The subscription to the OAG Traveler Editions of the Travel Information System includes the OAG Travel System. The Subscription includes Internet version and monthly updates to OAG Travel System. The data license includes coverage for 569 simultaneous users. The award will be through small business set-aside. EPA anticipates the award of a fixed price purchase order. NAICS No. 511140 applies, with a size standard of 500 employees. Interested parties who believe they are qualified to perform this effort must submit a written narrative statement of capability within 15 days of this notice to Sandra Clark at the above address for consideration by the Agency. Responses must include detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet these requirements. If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days of this notice, the Government will proceed with the procurement of these services with Official Airline Guide Worldwide. See Numbered Notes 1, 22 and 26.
