Description

Dover Air Force Base is searching for sources to offer a communication system used as personal wireless communications for Official Government use. Service must be capable of cell phone usage, pager function, and one to many direct communication function (private/group dispatch mode). The private/group dispatch mode must be capable of communicating with up to at least 50 units at a time. Service must be compatible with current Nextel units being used. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
