- Description
- Non-personal services contract for all fees, labor, packing, transportation and incineration of submarine tiles at Pearl Harbor, HI, San Diego, CA, Philadelphia, PA, Norfolk, VA, and Portsmouth, VA. This solicitation will result in a follow-on contract to SP4400-98-D-0051 and SP4400-98-D-0052. Anticipated date for solicitation issue is o/a 24 Jan 01 and the solicitation will only be issued on the World Wide Web (WWW). The web site address is http://www.drms.dla.mil. Approximate closing date is 27 Feb 01. This will be a requirements contract for a period of eighteen (18) months and two, 18-month options will be included. Performance will be requested on task orders issued against the basic contract. Special requirements: prospective contractors or subcontractors must comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials and environmental protection. This procurement will be a small business set-aside.
