Description

Provide home health services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 for the period of 3/1/01-2/28/02 with two options to renew for a period of one year each. Solicitation 549-30-01 will be issued as a Request for Proposal. Issue date will be on or about 12/26/00. Due date for receipt of proposals will be on or about 1/19/01. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation and/or amendments free at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Request for hard copies of solicitation and/or amendments may be obtained for a cost of $10.00 and must be in writing to Susan Lam, Contract Specialist, VANTHCS (90C) 4500 S Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216.
