Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is soliciting proposals for an investment manager of a global balanced account. PBGC seeks proposals from firms that manage at least $1.5 billion in global balanced assets with a minimum track record of seven (7) years as of November 30, 2000. The period of performance for the base contract will be from date of award through September 30, 2001, with six (6) one-year option periods and one (1) six-month option period. The base plus all option periods, if exercised, will not exceed seven (7) years.
