The Library of Congress intends to issue delivery orders against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew subscriptions with Congressional Quarterly, Inc. for the continued use and access of their database by the following FEDLINK member:OSGV. Congressional Quarterly's "Washington Alert" online congressional, regulatory and state tracking service provides timely, easily accessible information from an extensive selection of sources including profiles on every member of Congress, Congressional hearing testimony and more. Washington Alert is backed by Congressional Quarterly's 50-year tradition of reporting on Congress and national affairs. Washington Alert subscribers have access to official government documents, plus CQ's own proprietary analysis and forecasts. Service will be continued through September 30, 2001. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY.
