DESC : US Army ARDEC, AMSTA-AR-PC, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000 SUBJECT: ONE-ON-ONES: FUTURE COMBAT SYSTEM MULTI-ROLE CANNON MUNITION SUITE DESC: ONE- ON-ONE ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS: FUTURE COMBAT SYSTEM MULTI-ROLE CANNON MUNITION SUITE WITH THE U.S. ARMY TANK AUTOMOTIVE AND ARMAMENTS COMMAND, ARMAMENT RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING CENER (TACOM-ARDEC), PICATINNY ARSENAL, NJ. An opportunity for a limited number of industry representatives to provide one-on-one discussions to interested government employees is available during the week of 22-26 January. The primary purpose of these one-on-one discussions is to provide an opportunity for potential offerors to share comments and ask questions regarding the draft RFP presented at the 6 December Industry Day at Picatinny Arsenal. The secondary purpose of these one-one- one discussions is to provide a forum for industry representatives to brief government personnel privately on their proprietary efforts if they so desire. These one-on-one sessions will be conducted in a closed room, so that proprietary information may be presented. An overhead projector will be available. Each one-on-one session will be limited to 2 hours. Interested parties should contact Robert McMinn via e-mail at no later that 17 January 2001 to arrange for a meeting day and time. All requests will be considered in the order received. Email to Robert McMinn should include the following information: name of company, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, general nature of topics/questions for discussion, and suggested government participants. Please also note that based on initial feedback from the 6 December Industry Day, the anticipated RFP release date has been moved to 14 February and the anticipated proposal due date has been moved to 30 April in an effort to provide sufficient time for proposal preparation.
