- Solicitation F0561101Q6007 is amended by Amendment 0001,issued 22 DEC 00 as follows: (1) Under the topic "Potable Water" delete "to include newly installed pellet machine." The device was eliminated and the sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) equipment was installed. (2)Under the topic "Potable Water" add: "The contractor shall also record in the logbook the measurement of the finished water turbidity, after filtration, as required by Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Primary Drinking Water Regulation. The contractor shall also complete CDPHE Chlorine and Turbidity Report and submit report to CDPHE by the 10th of each month. This report will also be included in the monthly system report due by the 5th of each month to the contract monitor. The contractor shall perform necessary maintenance on the filtration units to ensure maximum performance and water quality. (3)Under the topic "Potable Water Disinfectant" replace "calcium hypochlorite" with sodium hypochlorite" and replace "HTH" wioth "NaOCl". (4)Under the topic "Chemicals" delete "in Building 511". (5)Under the topic "Standard Bacteriological Sampling" add: "The West Facility shall be sampled once every month and the East Faility shall be sampled once every Quarter. The original report form shall be included in the monthly system report to the contract monitor by the 5th of each month." Offers must be received NLT 3:00 P.M.
