Description
The IRS is seeking HUBZone sources (in NAISC No. 561720) with the capability to provide custodial, trash removal, pest control, and snow removal services for the IRS Martinsburg Computing Center (MCC) Building, 250 Murall Drive, Kearneysville, WV 25430, and the MCC Annex buildings (Base Annex and Annex Office) Buildings, 145 Murall Drive, Kearneysville, WV 25430. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and equipment. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in the resulting contract. The performance period shall be from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with four one-year option periods anticipated. Should the base and all option perfrormance periods be exercised, the contract will operate for 60 minths, through September 30, 2006. All interested HUBZone businesses should respond to this request in writing by 2:00 p.m., January 23, 2001. The responses should contain a detailed narrative identifying the scope of past and current services contracted for within the past three (3) years and describe capabilities to perform the services described in this synopsis. The responses should include, but not be limited to the following: (1) business size status; (2) number of years in business; (3) number and dollar value (base and all option periods) of the services described in this synopsis, performed currently or in the past; and (4) point of contact, including: name, title, address, telephone and telefax number, and e-mail address. Firms should ensure that their responses are complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the firm's qualifications to perform the defined work. Only firms having relevent experience performing similar services will be considered qualified for award.
