Description

The US Postal Service is soliciting for proposals to construct, and lease back to the Postal Service, a 2,875 square foot facility on a site which is owned or controlled by the offeror. The successful offeror will be required to provide the site bounded on the North by Highway 75, South by Main Street, East by Highway 75 and West by Main Street or can use property offered to the Postal Service in the Assignable Option to purchase. The successful offeror will construct a building to USPS standards adapting the design of the plans available for the site by a licensed Architect/Engineer. Award will be made to that responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Postal Service, price and other factors considered.
