Description

The purpose of this project is to renovate and convert seven of the existing 8-plex housing structures located within the "North Town" portion of Fort Wainwright into 4-plex housing structures with integral garages. The conversion/renovation process involves the demolition of the existing superstructures, down to the concrete basement walls, followed by the construction of replacement wood-frame structures featuring 3-bedroom configurations. The work also included upgrades to the secondary electrical distribution and site work to accommodate the access to the garages.
