Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work at Station Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City, CA. Work includes: Remove and reinstall cedar shingles; remove existing skylight and salvage for reinstallation; remove existing and install new sheet metal flashing, roofing felt, and cricket around each skylight. Demolish existing trim and batten board over asbestos insulated panels and enamel board; demolish existing sheet metal flashing and sealant at sills. Cut new fiber-cement vertical siding to cover existing insulated panels and enamel boards to remain. Replace damaged 1 X 6 boards on north elevator. Prep, prime and paint/stain exterior of building. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 23332. Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
