SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: DAAH23-01-R-0193; PRON: AX051186AX; NSN: 1560-01-106-1931; Quantity: 75 each with 100 percent option for next two years; Part Number: 70216-02402-049, STDP Revision D; Noun: Window Assembly, Gun; NAICS Code: 336413; Business Size Standard: 1000 employees; Closing Date: 2001 February 09; Applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 35 each 250 days after contract award (DACA), and 35 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 35 each 350 DACA, and 35 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. Item Number 0001AA requires two bids, (1) Bid A, with First Article Test (FAT), and (2) Bid B, No FAT required. Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 19.000(b), this procurement action is set-aside only for small business concerns operating within the United States, its territories and possessions, Puerto Rico, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the District of Columbia. Requests for this solicitation from foreign entities will not be honored. See Number Notes 1, 23, and 26.
