Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport anticipates awarding a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Comptek Amherst Systems Inc. 30 Wilson Road, Buffalo, NY 14221 for one portable digital Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM) used in submarine training. The solicitation shall be issued under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1): Only One Responsible Source, based on the proprietary software and computer chips utilized in the (CEESIM) system. Delivery shall be at Destination 360 days after contract award. See Numbered Note 22.
