Description

The FBI intends to award a contract to Photodex Corporation, on a sole-source basis for the purchase of the following software and maintenance: CompuPic Pro for Windows 98/95/NT Organization-wide license; CompuPic for Windows 3.x/Max/Unix/Linux; Electronic distribution using downloadable product and registration code; Quantity 1000, physical products, includes CD, manual and guides; Free unlimited product updates; and complete priority product support by phone, e-mail, fax and the Web. All responsible sources may submit written responses which include prices and description containing sufficient technical documentation to establish capability to meet the requirement. All responses must be received in writing within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice. If no affirmative responses are received demonstrating that technically acceptable software and maintenance is available from another source at a lower price, a contract will be awarded to Photodex Corporation without further notice. No solicitation documents are available.
