Description

Technology Applications Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a commercial contract whose objective is to (1) provide an in-depth evaluation of existing software to establish a baseline system and life-cycle support plan, and (2) implement the plan. The successful contractor must have a Top Secret Clearance Facility and cleared personnel and be within a two hour drive of Fort Bragg, NC. The contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 12 using simplified acquisition procedures. Award will be based upon best value to the Government and will be evaluated based upon technical ability, management, past performance, and cost. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519 ($18M). The RFP is expected to be released O/A 10 Jan 01 with responses due O/A 9 Feb 01.
