Description

FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure non-personal services on a sole source basis for technical software maintenance support services from Akibia Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.5 for the United States Atlantic Command's SUN equipment located at the USJFCOM Joint Training & Analysis Simulation Center, Suffolk, VA. Award of a firm fixed price contract is anticipated for a one (1) year period commencing 22 Jan 01 as required by USACOM Joint training Training & Analysis Simulation Center. The acquisition is being processed via FAR 13. The applicable industrial standard classification is 7378. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or to submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements. All responses should be received by 10 January 01.
