Description

GSA is announcing its intent to issue a procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contract will be a fixed price effort to provide information technology Remedy Action Request software license renewal and maintenance support for use by HQ AMC/NOSC; Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225. Requirement is for each of the following items and quantities: (1) AR Server with MPSO Renewals, two each; (2) One PAK AR Write License Fixed, one each; (3) Five PAK AR Write License Fixed, 23 each; (4) five PAK AR Write License Float, 18 each; (5) Distributed Server Option, one each; (6) Remedy Web, one each; (7) Flashboard Server with Performance Monitor, one each; (8) 10 PAK Flashboard Server License fixed, three each. Use of Remedy Corporation, is being considered to satisfy the Government's requirements. No other service provider is known to be capable of providing software license renewal and support to meet the service requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation, reference Number 5TC5701C056. NAICS Code 511210, Computer Software Publishers, packaged, applies. Size standard is $18.0 million. This requirement is to provide the software license renewals and maintenance identified. Period of performance is through September 2001. FAR 52.252-2 applies to this acquisition.
