Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco, CA intends to award a contract for preventive maintenance to be performed on a quarterly basis for the duration of this contract and for normal hours emergency service calls Monday through Fridays, excluding federal holidays, and two (2) hour phone response and 24 hour on-site response, including parts (except Crystal and CRT replacement) for the Trionix Triple Headed Gamma Camera system. The System consists of the following parts: Triad Spect System Model Triad XLT, SN# TXLT-101, PM#6525-5669 and consisting of: Patient table, collimator storage rack, 20" color monitor GOM-Model# 1923B, PM#6525-5670, 650 Mb disk and 60 Mb tape drive (1 ea); Lehr (1 set); 300 KeV Gp (1 set); Server and storage rack for medium and high energy collimators (1 ea); Focus formatter with 8" x 10" transparency film (1 ea); Physician's workstation including 20" color monitor GOM-1962B, 208 MByte disk 1.44 MByte 3.5" Floppy disk (1 ea); 140 KeV Gp parallel (1 set of 3); 140 KeV fanbeam (1 set of 3); 35 mm (1 ea); Thermal paper color printer (Seiko Instrument) Model CH5000, SN# 39J89700, 8" x 10" wax transfer to appear transparency, Network connection hardware and software (1 ea); Optical disk drive, read, write, rewrite, (erasable), 600 MByte capacity Interface hardware to SPARCstation, software drivers, Pinnacle Icro Model REO650 SN# 7379 (1 EA); Acusync Gating device (1 ea).
