Description

MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUS NOTICE IS IN CAPITAL LETTERS. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, transportation, services, and facilities necessary to establish an unallocated account for approximately 339,653.189 troy ounces of palladium located at West Point, NY. The average quality of the palladium varies 99.900 % to 99.977 % in various forms. AN UNALLOCATED ACCOUNT FOR AN ADDITIONAL 306,413.946 TROY OUNCES OF LONDON GOOD DELIVERY PALLADIUM WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED. If required, upgrading of the palladium, shall be performed at no cost, and with no loss of metal, to the Government. The Defense National Stockpile Center anticipates awarding a contract to the quoter with the shortest length of time to establish the unallocated account. This solicitation will be full and open to all interested parties. Solicitation will be sent to interested parties on or about December 29, 2000. Interested parties may request a copy of the solicitation via facsimile at (703) 767-5494 or via e-mail at the address listed below. Interested parties who have previously requested information will automatically receive the information regarding the additional palladium at the time the solicitation is issued.
