Description

Provide Labor, Equipment & transporation for daily Courier Services between the Department of Veterans Affairs SLC Healthcare System and the VA Ogden & Orem Community Based Outreach Clinics. The Contractor shall provide a vehicle and a driver for each VACBOC delivery location. Each trip is approximately 42 miles. The contract will run from March 1, 2001 through February 28, 2002 with 4 one-year option years to extend the term of the contract. The contract will be a fixed-price simplified commercial type contract. The Issue date is O/A 01-11-01. The BOD is O/A 02-11-01.
