Raduege, Director, DISA. Lieutenant General Harry D. Raduege is the Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and Manager of the National Communications System (NCS). He is responsible for providing command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence support to the nation's warfighters.
