The Department of Defense Education Activity's (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a sole source basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures a purchase order to Dr. Laura J. Crehan, located at 3829 Sioux Avenue, San Diego, CA 92117. Requirements include technical expertise in conceptualizing, organizing and writing the next phase of the DoDEA Professional Development Modules (in support of the "Creating Conditions for Powerful Learning") for effectiveness and student achievement. This contractor was instrumental in the conception, design and development of this entire comprehensive program for teacher development in DoDEA. A written solicitation will not issued.
