Description

Construction of water supply and waste disposal systems on the Fort Totten Indian Reservation, Fort Totten, North Dakota. This is a firm fixed price contract. Duration of the contract will be for one hundred and twenty days from notice to proceed date. IFB-241-00-BI-3475 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable $25.00 charge for solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-Owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian act. The Indian preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solcitation and resultant contract.
