Description

The Operational Contracting Division, Commercial Acquisition Branch, at Hanscom AFB, MA, is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) F19650-01-Q-0005. The duration of this Simplified Acquisition will be done for two (2) quarters plus one (1) two (2) month period from 01 FEB 01 through 30 SEP 01. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, transportation, and labor necessary to service and maintain sixty-five (65) facilities, METAPAGE and METASYS Operator Workstations for Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) and provide upgrades and site licenses for ten (10) workstations at Hanscom AFB, MA. The responses to this RFQ are applicable to Federal Acquisition (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The procurement will be a firm-fixed price simplified acquisition procedure. The NAICS is 811212 and the Small Business Standard is $18.0 Million. All respondents must provide pricing for ALL CLINS. Quotes that do not include prices for ALL CLINS will not be considered. All respondents must complete FAR 52.212-3 to be submitted with the Bid Schedule. This may be accessed/obtained at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Solicitation will/can be accessed/obtained on the HERBB website at http://herbb.hanscom.af.mil. A site visit will be held on 03 JAN 01 at 10:00AM at Bldg 1810.
