- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking potential sources and is providing for industry comment its current concept for a dedicated National Capital Region Metropolitan Area Network (NCR MAN). The Statement of Work and Functional Requirements Specification, located at https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/Public/ASP/dcop.asp, delineate DISA's strategy for implementing a cost effective, broadband data transport capability within the NCR through leveraging commercial investments in optical fiber cabling. Responses to this RFI are welcomed at any point through 31 January 2001.
