PROJECT ADDRESS: General Services Administration Social Security Administration 404-2nd Street Austin, MN 55912 COUNTY: Mower CONTRACT RANGE IN COSTS: $30,000 TO $45,000 PROJECT DISCRIPTION AND PERAMETERS, PROJECT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: Modifying the men's existing restroom. Splitting the room to include a new unisex restroom with separate entrance and reconfiguring the remaining portion in to an agency men's restroom. Changing china, valves, sanitary partitions and misc. in the ladies restroom. ADA requirements. WORK CONSISTS OF: Demolition to walls (block), floors (CT), ceilings (plaster-partial), for door, water closet relocation in floor, mod's to hot water return piping in floor. Build back consists of new china, electronic valves, seats, sanitary partitions, door & hardware, mirrors, grab bars, stainless steel accessories, ceramic tile walls and built-up base, patching painting, and wiring. Contractor shall have submittals of shop drawings, cut sheets, and as built drawings. Davis-Bacon wage rates are required, an proof of bonding. The solicitation is set aside for small business. Normal working hours except for noise generating work which will be scheduled. SPECIFICATIONS AND PRINTS TO BE AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 3,2000 RESPONSE DATE FOR THIS PROJECT MUST BE IN SUBMITTED BY 4:30PM ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 18,2000.
