Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has a follow-on requirement for Information Technology support services to include: centralized help desk operations; system access request processing; system administration, LAN maintenance and operations support; personal computing equipment support (PC's, workstations, printers); library support; training room support; and supplementary technical support to include tasks such as project definition, feasibility/cost-benefit analysis, user requirements, system integration testing for PBGC related projects. This solicitation will be issued as a full and open competitive procurement. The period of performance for the base contract will be from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with four (4) one-year option periods. The incumbent contractor (contract no. PBGC01-CT-98-0575) is User Technology Associates (UTA).
