Description

The USDA Forest Service, Lolo National Forest intends to sell three buildings for off-site removal by May 1, 2001 at the Lolo Work Center. These include the Residence, a 26"x42", 1082 square foot building; Detached Garage, a 14"x22", 308 square foot building; and Carpenter Shop, a 10"x20", 200 square foot building. Lolo Work Center is located 16 miles West of Lolo, Montana on US Highway 12. A bid deposit of 20% of the bid price must accompany your bid. Bid opening will be February 28, 2001 at 2:00 pm at the Regional Office, 340 N. Pattee, Missoula, Montana.
