Description

U.S. DOI, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI), Facilities Management has a requirement for construction of new gravel parking lots, renovation of existing gravel parking lot and installation of new sidewalk on SIPI campus. Includes an approximate total of 78,000 sq. ft. of earthwork to grade new parking areas, remove vegetation, haul off material not suited for fill, grade base course, refill with base course, and compact surface to receive gravel topping. Further specifications and a map of work areas will be included in the solicitation. Contract award will be issued on an "all or none" basis. Site visits are encouraged and may be arranged by contacting SIPI Facilities Manager, Mr. Warren Tsiosdia at (505) 346-2345/2375.
