Approved Sources: CII (58614). This is a QPL (Qualified Products List) item. The QPL number is 39016-84, dtd 15 May 00. Estimated annual quantity is 2710 for year one, 1892 for year two and 1892 for year three. There are more than 3 destinations. Delivery: should be able to deliver within 200 days after date of contract award. Facsimile transmittal is acceptable See Section L-11 of the solicitation for information. Note the following change regarding how to receive a copy of the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained from the DSCC RFP/IFB Web-site. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. To get a copy you will need to access the web-site. Note that RFP will not be posted to the web-site until the issue date of the solicitation. The issue date for this solicitation is January 12, 2001. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
