Description

Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Indiana Blood Center, 3450 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208 to furnish blood and blood supplies to this facility. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. The solicitation will issue O/A 1/17/01 with proposals due O/A 2/16/01. The NAICS code is 621991. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Contract period will be 2/1/01 through 1/31/02 with the option to renew for four, one-year periods.
