Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, United States Attorney's Office (USAO) is seeking Process Server Services to be performed locally with in Miami, state and nation-wide. The Government anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Quantity type contracts. The period of performance will be for one base year and one option year. Initial workload is expected to be heavy, then tapering off in the option year. The estimated quantity will be published in the RFQ. The solicitation document will be available about January 8, 2001 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site http://www.eps.gov (Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available). The EPS site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the EPS site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the EPS site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This acquisition will be set-aside totally for Small Businesses. Offeror's must have the capability to establish an office within fifty (50) road miles of the U.S. Attorney's Office located at 99 N.E. 4th Street, Miami, FL 33132.
