Description

Note #1- Lease approximately 2500 square feet of office space for the Pocatello, Idaho Vet Center. Space must have 10 parking spaces to include 2 handicapped parking spaces and be near local businesses and bus routes. The lease will be a fixed price lease that includes all utilities and janitorial services for an all inclusive fixed price. The lease will be a 5 year lease with 5 one-year option years to extend the term of the lease. The time frame of the lease will be from March 1, 2001 through February 28, 2006 with five one-year options to extend the term of the lease. The Issue date is O/A 01-16-01. The BOD is O/A 02-16-01.
