Description

Provide delivery and installation of four (4) new textile care processing flatwork feed conveyor equipment for the laundry at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona. Installation of equipment shall begin within 120 days of award and be completed within 14 calendar days. Quotes shall be accepted only from offerors who are financially responsible. All responsible offerors may submit an offer and will be considered. Contractor must meet all requirements of Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations. Solicitation documents available on or about January 12, 2001. This solicitation is unrestricted. All requests for copies of the solicitation shall be in writing. Fax requests of the solicitation shall be accepted at (602) 222-6467. No telephone requests for copies of the solicitation shall be honored.
