YPC00223000467. NSN 4720-00-817-7781; Hose, Nonmetallic. 7 in. ID, 35 ft. length, mil spec titled 'hose, rubber, petroleum based fuels and water services, discharge only, smooth bore, lightweight buoyant type'. Residual lengths are not acceptable. First Article Test required, Higher Level Inspection system required, refueling at sea application. In accordance with specification number Mil-H-22240F and DSCC (Cage: 16236) drawing no. CS-4720-0062. Quantity of 96 each to be delivered to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA within 220 days after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfq on its issue date of 31 January 2001. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 -- Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. Federal, military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
