Description

UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type Contract for delivery to FCI Butner, NC for Fabric, Cloth, Knit. The period of performance shall be a One (1) Base Year with Two (2) Option Years, if exercised. Specifications shall be as follows: Line Item 0001, Unicor Number FAB9457, 108,000.00 Yards, Fabric, Cloth, 2.4-2.7 OZ,58"-60"W. The Guaranteed Minimum is 18,000 yards. Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Butner, NC. First delivery will be due within 90 days after of order. Thereafter, each delivery will be due within 30 days after receipt of order. This requirement is all or none. All vendors are put on notice that this solicitation will be evaluated based on the overall Best Value to the Government. Justification for other than full and open competition is authority 41 USC 253 (c)(1). The Evaluation Factors are: Past Performance, Specifications and Price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation, which is due to be issued on or about 01/10/2001.
