Description

This synopsis Amendment 01(Life Sciences Support at the Kennedy Space Center Sources Sought) is issued to provide additional information on the agenda for the one-on-one discussions scheduled for January 16 -- 19, 2001. The one hour alloted will consist of: (1) Introduction -- 5 minutes; (2) Government -- Small Business Representative; Technical Requirement Overview -- 10 minutes; (3) Potential Offerors, Capabilities Overview -- 15 minutes; (4) Government & Potential Offeror Discussions / Market Research -- 30 minutes. Please note the purpose of the meeting is to conduct exchanges with industry, to encourage process innovation and ensure that business decisions are sound prior to finalizing our acquisition strategy. Attendence is not mandatory as the intent is not to prequalify potential offerors or evaluate capabilities. The one hour sessions will be held at the Central Industry Assistance Office (CIAO), which is located on State Road 3 south of the KSC complex.
