Description: 1. Solicitation Number DAAE07-00-Q-T344 and CBD Notice Submission No. 5076U0 are hereby cancelled in their entirety. 2. This is a source controlled item. The source is Terex Cranes in Waverly, Iowa. Their CAGE Code is 81495 which can be looked up in either haystack or FEDLOG. 3. The Part Number for the Load Chart data Plates is Terex P/N 12262-1219. 4. This will be two (2) Load Chart Data Plates per set, including instructions to install. 5. The quantity is approximately 1,000 sets. 6. One chart will be made of vinyl, measuring approximately 10.25 by 11.25 inches. 7. The other chart will be made of aluminum per specification MIL-P-514, measuring approximately 10.88 inches by 12 inches. 8. The vinyl chart will be attached to a lanyard while the aluminum chart will be attached by rivet to the LRT-110 Crane. 9. A set of installation instructions will be overpacked with each of the sets of load charts. 9. All sets will be shipped out by the contractor to each of the destinations. 10. The destinations are all over the world and will be included as an attachment to the solicitation, DAAE07-01-Q-T094. 11. While FOB is Destination, inspection and acceptance are at Origin. 12. Packaging is standard commercial packaging. 13. There is no option. 14. This isb a sole-source buy through either Terex Cranes or a dealer for Terex Cranes. 15. The solicitation will be issued on 5 Jan 01 with a suspense date of 6 Feb 01, 1600 hours EST.
