Description

This action is for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type contract with one base year followed by three (3) one year options. The goal of the ACTD is to develop and apply mature technology to produce efficient utilization of multi-national Ground Based Moving Target Indicator/Synthetic Apeture Radar (GMTI/SAR) platforms. The tasks associated with this effort are essential to maintain interoperability with the Common Ground Station (CGS) and Joint Services Workstation (JSWS) with evolving Coalition and U.S. systems. A critical ACTD goal is to have capabilities and technologies developed under this effort available to flow back seamlessly into the CGS and JSWS systems. See Note 22
