Description

The Defense Distribution Mapping Agency, Richmond, VA has a requirement to purchase a Transportation and Shipment System (Mailing/Postage System). The requirement will be attached with the Request for Quotation. Contractor's are required to submit literature with their quote and are encouraged to demonstrate their products. The resultant contract is being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR DATA REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE. INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION MAY BE OBTAINED BY CALLING 1-800-227-2423 OR VIA THE INTERNET AT http://www.ccr2000.com. Requestd for this quote may be faxed to 717-770-5689 or x7591, to the Contract Specialist's attention. The following information shall be included on the request: (1) Company's name and address, included on the request, (2) Point of contact, (3) Telephone and fascimile, (4) Cage Code, Duns number and Federal Tax ID number, (5)if CCR Registered? This is 100% set-aside for small business. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3579. The Small Business size is $500. You may fax or mail in your request for a copy of this RFQ. All replies must be received in this office NLT Feb 7, 2001 by 3:00 P.M. (EST) to be considered for this award.
