Description

Containers -- This solicitation incorporates the requirement as mandated by the Paper Products Recovered Materials Advisory Notice (PAPERRMAN) published June 8, 1998 (63 FR 31217) under authority of sections 2002(a) and 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 6912(a) and 6962, and Executive Order 13101 "Greening the Government Through Waste Prevention, Recycling and Federal Acquisition" issued September 14, 1998. Sealed Propsals will be received in the U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC for furnishing containers and mailing boards for the use of the Government Printing Office for the term of six months beginning April 1, 2001. The estimated quantities for containers and mailing boards in the schedule comprise: 159,000 containers, 4,000 mailing boards, 4,000 corrugated 1-piece folders, 210 triple wall containers.
