Description

The USCG in Alameda, CA proposes to contract for alternate messing and berthing in Bellingham, WA, during the perriod of 5 Feb through 2 Mar 2001. Estimated requirements are as follosw; 4 single rooms and 29 double rooms and meals for 62 people. A request for quote will be issued on 19 January 2001 with a due date of 26 Jan 2001. Oferors may bid on one lot or multiple lots. For Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, The Department of Transportation (DOT) Minority,Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization has programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at the prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
