Description

This solicitation incorporates the Paper Products Recovered Materials Advisory Notice (PAPERRMAN) published June 8, 1998 (61 FR 31217) under Authority of Sections 2002(a) and 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 6912(a) and 6962, and Executive Order 13101 "Greening the Government Through Waste Prevention, Recycling, and Federal Acquisition" issued September 14, 1998. Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 am, March 1, 2001 in G.P.O. for furnishing paper and envelopes for the public printing and binding, for use of the government departments and establishments in the District of Columbia, for the term of 6 months beginning April 1, 2001 for deliveries to be F.O.B. U.S. Government Printing Office Warehouses, Washington, DC or Laurel, MD -- Blank proposals containing the instructions, schedule and specifications may be obtained by addressing the Contracting Officer.
