Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to award a sole source commercial contract to Excalibur Technologies Corporation, 1921 Gallows Road, Suite 300, Vienna, VA 22182. This acquisition is for the purchase of Excalibur WebExpress with an additional CPU/Server, RDBMS Bridge with an additional CPU/Server, and annual maintenance. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC (c)(1) -- and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
