OUTLEASE OF U. S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT IN CALIFORNIA Requirements: The United States Government is interested in outleasing an environmental test facility which consists of approximately 9,030 square feet, identified as Buildings 955 and 956, and associated environmental test equipment. Unique Requirements: Conducting part time environmental testing for Government. The cost of tests and the willingness to offer priority (short-term) response to Government test requests as identified in the Contract for Testing Services. When performing such work, personnel performing the work will be required to have a "Q" security clearance. Location: Sandia National Laboratories, CA, which is located in Livermore, California, in the east portion of Alameda County. Term: Offerors are required to submit a proposal for a net lease for ten (10) years firm with two (2) consecutive five (5) year renewal options. Proposal Should Include: 1. Address items in Solicitation for Offers (SFO). 2. Address terms and conditions in lease agreement to include base rent proposed. 3. Address terms and conditions in Contract for Testing Services to include costs for services.
