Description

Realty Services and Facilities Management Services to include, market surveys aband inspections, appraisals, lease negotiations, move coordination, construction management,and facilities management. Prospective offerors must have previous Realty Services experience with the Army, and its regulations and policies including, but not limited to Real Estate Congressional notifications and discussions. In addition, prospective offerors must pssess a Top Secret clearance. Anyone meeting this criteria should provide their technical capabilities statement and evidence of the required clearance to the Point of Contact identified above. Submissions that do not meet this criteria will not be given any consideration. The successful offeror who may be awarded a contract from any solicitation issued may be required to take and pass a Polygraph examination. This is not a request for proposal.
