- The original notice (W-356 SN509583) posted to CBDNet on 21 DEC 00 is modified as follows: "Simplified acquisition procedures (FAR 13.5) will be used. The time between posting of the solicitation on the NECO website and the deadline for receipt of offers will be less than 30 days. Prospective offers should not delay their CCR registration while awaiting web-posting of the solicitation." All other information in the original notice remains unchanged.
